Krewly

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. What Krewly is

Krewly provides a hosted business page, customer messaging channels (web chat and email, with optional SMS through your own Twilio account), and an AI assistant that drafts replies, quotes, bookings, invoices, and follow-ups on your behalf (“the Service”). Krewly is operated by its owner as a sole proprietorship.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done under your account. You must provide accurate business information — your public page presents your business to real customers.

3. AI-drafted content

The Service drafts messages using AI. You choose an approval mode in Settings: review everything (default), auto-send routine replies, or fully automatic. Whatever the mode, messages are sent in your name and on your behalf, and you are responsible for their content — including prices quoted and commitments made. Review modes exist so you can supervise; auto-send is your explicit choice.

4. Messaging rules

You may only use the Service to message people who contacted your business or otherwise consented. If you connect your own Twilio account for SMS, all carrier compliance obligations (including A2P 10DLC registration and honoring opt-outs) are yours; Krewly transmits only through the credentials you provide.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Payments from your customers are processed through your own Stripe Connect account; Krewly is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and doesn't hold funds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

6. Service operations

Krewly's operator can access account and message data through an administrative panel to run the Service: support, debugging (including viewing your dashboard as you see it), billing management, and abuse prevention. Administrative access is logged. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing use; no spam; no impersonating another business. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krewly's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Krewly is not liable for lost business, missed bookings, or the accuracy of AI-drafted content you chose to send.

9. Termination

Cancel anytime from Settings; your page comes down and drafting stops at the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that is acceptance.
